How to Order

Credit Cards

Payments for all products can be made by credit or debit card using our secure payment service provider,Paypal.

To order online

Find the product you would like to purchase and type the name and message in the text box by the product. Click on the ‘Add to basket’ button and this will take you to your shopping cart. Check the item and the quantity is correct. Use the drop down menu to select hair colour. Note all figures are painted with blonde ‘hair’ and light skin tone unless specified when placing the order.

If you wish to add more items to your basket, ‘click ‘continue shopping’. When all your details are entered, check that all items and spellings are correct. If you need to change any details, please click ‘remove’ and reenter the correct details. Now choose your preferred delivery option.

Standard delivery (usually between 7-21 days) £4.50 is automatically added which is to an address within UK mainland only. Please note Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, countries in Europe and the rest of the world will have other delivery charges. If your delivery address is outside UK mainland, please contact us before you place your order to enquire regarding the cost of the delivery.

Express delivery (within 7 days) additional £5.00. Please add this option if you need your item urgently. Note: You must contact us to check stock availability before choosing this option.

When you have all the correct details entered, click ‘proceed to checkout’. If you are a paypal registered user, you can log in to your account. If you prefer to pay with card, click ‘continue’. Enter your details in the boxes provided. When all your details are entered, click ‘review order and continue’. Your order is now complete and you should receive a confirmation email. Please keep a copy of this for your own reference.

Ordering by cheque

If you prefer, you can enter the details of your order on an online order form and email it to us. Please print a copy of this and send it to our address Toril Design, White Willows, School Road, Waltham St Lawrence, Berkshire RG10 0NU. Please make the cheque payable to Toril Design, write your cheque guarantee number on the back of the cheque and ensure you include the delivery charge. Your order will be put into production as soon as the cheque has cleared.
