We are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when you purchase a gift with us. This Privacy Policy, together with our terms of use, provides an explanation as to what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you. 1. Voluntary given information: Some data is provided voluntarily by you (i.e. when you email us, use the contact forms or make a purchase. This is required to answer your enquires or purchases.

Purchase Information ( Shopping cart and Payments: If you make a purchase using our shopping cart you will need to provide personal and payment data ( i.e. credit card details)  for us to service your purchase and delivery of the goods to your address. Please note: we NEVER store your CREDIT CARD details.

If you would like us to remove any data (email correspondence, contact information etc) please contact us by email, info@torildesign.co.uk and we will remove your details immediately.

3. General Visitor Data (Google Analytics): This type of data does NOT identify you, it is anonymous. This data helps us improve the site and understand our visitor patterns we collect about the use of our site such as :

  • popular pages
  • time on the site
  • search words to find us
  • device used ( mobile, browser etc)

    The information that we collect and store relating to you, is used to provide you with a better service and we may use the information for the following purposes:

    • Mizpah: Manage our website and provide our website hosting via a third party iomart.com. Both Mizpah and iomart do not have access to any personal information collected by Toril Design.
    • PayPal: PayPal is our secure Payment to collect and process your purchase payments via PayPal funds, credit card or debit card. PayPal offers a secure and trusted way for you to pay online. It is necessary for PayPal to use Cookies and other technology to ensure maximum security and storage of your personal and banking data. As PayPal traders we do have access to your PayPal purchase data but not your credit/debit of funds data. PayPal offer you as an account holder with them various tools for privacy and control.     • Wix.com: We do maintain a consenting email list to communicate news, offers and announcements with interested customers.     • Google Analytics: In order to record general visitor data such as browser types, clicks, devices, pages used, etc Google Analytics will record your visitor habits using Cookies. This collects anonymous data and does not identify you.
